Blood Covenant is a 1-4 player online co-op survival horror job-sim. Players are a hazmat cleaning crew taking night jobs at farmhouses, barns in the woods and an abandoned psychiatric hospital. Each shift they scrub blood, bag remains, seal breaches and repair fences, then return to the van before the entity that has moved in comes for them. Players spot anomalies, read messages written on the walls under UV light, and must identify the entity before lighting the ritual altar; naming the wrong one turns it against the crew. Can be played solo or with up to three friends.

Tarina

You and your crew are hazmat cleaners on the night shift, taking contracts from a dispatcher who knows a lot more than he's telling you. The first job is Hargrove Psychiatric Institute, an abandoned hospital with a history nobody wants to talk about, and it won't be the last. On paper the work is simple enough: scrub the blood, seal the breaches and bag whatever's been left behind. The trouble is that every tool you use makes noise, the things in the building are listening, and something has moved in that leaves signs of its own. As the contracts keep coming, it becomes clear that Hargrove has roots reaching well past the hospital, out to an asylum, a farmhouse and the woods. The covenant demands blood, and it doesn't care whose.
